About Shipping and Returns
Shipping with nabstudios
nabstudios will only ship though Canada Post. What this means is we can charge a minimum for shipping. We will not send through couriers such as UPS or FedEx simply because the shipping cost can be more than the cost of the Jewellery you are purchasing.
Shipping cost are as follows (regardless of quantities):
With in Canada: $2.95
With in The United States: $2.95
With in the rest of the World: $7.95
We do not offer insurance; we have found Canada Post to be very reliable. If you have any problems please let us know and we will do what we can to solve any and all problems that might occur.
nabstudios Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply let us know by email within 14 days. Upon receipt of the returned Jewellery you will be reimbursed of the full purchase price including shipping.
